Shipping & Returns


LEVEL Sport offers free shipping within the U.S. for all Subscription and orders over $100. Please allow two to five business days to process and review your order once it is submitted. LEVEL ships orders by UPS and USPS. Shipping times may vary after processing due to recipient location but usually take two to four business days. 

Customers outside the continental U.S. in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and American Samoa may experience longer shipping times and/or associated fees. Deliveries to U.S. territories will be completed by USPS. APO/FPO active military customers will have their orders delivered by USPS. Please allow additional shipping time for active military orders. We do not ship outside the United States.

The given shipping timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, backorders, or general postal service performance issues. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. UPS delivers on business days only and does not provide service on holidays or weekends.


Above all, we believe that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Please check your order carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. You may submit claims for damaged LEVEL Sport items within three days of receiving your shipment via email at the information listed below. Please include specific details and photos of product damage.

We offer a full purchase refund within 30 days of the initial order date. Refund requests can be submitted via email.

All refunds/exchanges are subject to review and are provided at the discretion of LEVEL Sport. This is limited to one refund/exchange per customer. We want to ensure the customer satisfaction of all those who purchase any LEVEL Sport products.
